Johnnie Notions Böd

Johnnie Notions offers economy, self catering accommodation in a traditional building at the north-western tip of the Shetland Mainland.

On the North-West coast of the Shetland Mainland, this small cottage is associated with the pioneer 18th century smallpox inoculator, John Williamson, locally known as Johnnie Notions. Nearby are some of Shetland's most spectacular seabird cliffs, freshwater lochs with excellent wild trout fishing, superb hillwalking, and the fascinating Tangwick Haa history centre, to make every rainy day a pleasure.

Facilities

NO ELECTRICITY, cold running water, 2x external access flush toilets.  A solid fuel stove and dining table.  Basic food prep area and toilets via - external access.
